GENERAL

Cancellation of orders:

Up to 24 hours before the transfer: No costs

from 24-5 hours in advance: 50% of the cost

up to 5 hours before the start or no-show: full cost

Waiting time for transfers

If you are picked up at the airport, we will wait for you for up to 60 minutes from the time the flight lands and it is free of charge.

For all other pick-ups, the free waiting time is up to 15 minutes.

After that, a surcharge of CHF 60.00 will be charged for each additional half hour.

Fees

Tunnel and motorway tolls at home and abroad are included in the price.

All prices are in CHF incl. 8.1% VAT.
